In this work, matrix families which consist of linear sum and convex combination have been determined. In this process, Hurwitz stability, sensitivity and continuity theorems have been mentioned. The intervals IL and IC of the matrix families have been determined so that the linear sum family L(A1 ,A2 ) and convex combination family C (A1 ,A2 ) are Hurwitz stable. A method which based on continuity theorem have been given to extend the intervals IL. The extended interval I e L which preserve Hurwitz stability was obtained. An algorithm which based on the method have been given. Finally, the results have been supported with the examples.
